February 2017 Viewer Guide Cover. The KCTS 9 Viewer Guide is distributed throughout Washington and British Columbia and serves as a station guide for our monthly programming. I design the guide while working with an editor and programming services for the content. This is one of my better examples of photo retouching and adjusting when I colorized this originally black and white photograph.
